Our Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panels (WHCPs) are engineered to provide precise control over wellhead operations, including valve actuation and pressure monitoring, ensuring safe and efficient intervention. Designed for demanding environments, they feature robust construction, intuitive interfaces, and customizable configurations to meet specific operational requirements, supporting reliable performance in both onshore and offshore applications.
Features:
- Panel is made with Stainless Steel SS316 sheet, engraved, weatherproof mimic flow schematic for easy understanding of operators
- Equipped with air driven hydraulics pumps with stainless steel hand pumps
- Associated with an audible alarm system to alert the personnel if hydraulic or air pressure drops below the preset level at master valve and SCSSV.
- SCSSV and SSV able to release the pressure back into reservoir
